The Major is a beefed up version of the classic Padror from Kleman. The signature lug sole has been updated to wrap around the base of the upper, giving a little extra weather proofing and durability. Additional details include signature Kleman branding inside the heel and on the pull tab for a sporty look. This style has been meticulously burnished by hand for an authentic, worn in look.

Originating in 1988, Kleman is a French shoe brand known for producing footwear for French blue collar workers such as the Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer (the French national railway company), Air France, fire departments, and the French army. The anti slip, abrasion resistant, and innocuous materials of the shoes and boots have been maintained to this day, making for a practical and stylish daily shoe.
